About the Role As we begin to mobilize an exciting new brand strategy, we are looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to play a critical role in guiding seamless execution across Shutterstock’s marketing initiatives. The Marketing Operations Manager will oversee project management, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration to support our brand strategy team during this pivotal time of transformation. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong organizational skills who can streamline workflows and drive efficiency in campaign and go to market execution. Responsibilities Lead cross-functional project management efforts to bring the Shutterstock brand to market, ensuring timelines, milestones, and deliverables are met. Develop and implement scalable marketing processes and best practices to improve cross-functional efficiency and provide operational clarity. Coordinate across internal teams to drive operational connectivity between divisional marketing initiatives and brand objectives. Manage marketing workflows, campaign calendars, tracking documentation and reporting frameworks. Optimize marketing tools and communication efforts to strengthen cohesive campaign execution and measurement. Assist in budget tracking, vendor management, and resource allocation to support marketing initiatives. Identify, communicate and mitigate operational roadblocks, ensuring smooth project execution. Qualifications 4 years of experience in marketing operations, project management, or related roles. Experience working in a content, media, or digital company or agency preferred. Solutions and detail-oriented, with the ability to connect the dots between tactics and strategic objectives. Strong at project management with the ability to track multiple initiatives simultaneously. Proficient across Google Suite and collaboration tools (e.g., Confluence, Jira, Trello). Concise and proactive communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills. Comfortable with ambiguity, and biased to action.
