What are the responsibilities and job description for the Water Mitigation Department Manager position at Si Restoration?
We are a fast growing, 24/7, restoration company specializing in the cleanup and repairs to homes and businesses after water, fire, wind, mold or biohazard damage. We are looking for an experienced manager to head our emergency mitigation department.
Job Duties:
Mitigation Manager runs fast paced 24/7 emergency mitigation department by managing the Mitigation Assistant Manager, Mitigation Coordinator, On Call Manager, Technicians & Foremen.
Inspects 10 jobs per week to ensures jobs are completed within client’s guideline and to customer satisfaction.
Meet and/or exceed department gross profit margins and timeline expectations
Develops training and personnel development
Organizes safety meetings and trainings
Ensures inventory control and equipment is maintained and tracked
Manager organizes weekly meetings with Foreman & Technicians and participates in management team meetings weekly.
Overseea Warehouse management and vehicle maintenance
Participates in on call rotation - when needed
Qualifications:
Ability to multitask as well as excellent customer service skills needed in this position
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 3-5 Years Management experience in restoration or related service industry
Water, fire, mold, sewage or biohazard certifications a plus
Experience with PSA or industry software a plus
Drug Free workplace - must pass pre-hire and random drug testing
Must have a clean driving record
Compensation:
Salary based on experience
Commissions based on GP margins
