At SIMA HOMES, we build residential homes with a focus on efficiency, structure, and clarity. We’re currently looking for the right person to help us take our projects to the next level.
This is a primarily office-based role, with occasional site visits. You’ll play a key part in daily project follow-up, coordination with the site supervisor, and the use of Buildertrend, our main project management software.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and track tasks, deliveries, progress, and documentation using Buildertrend.
- Coordinate daily with the on-site supervisor.
- Review construction progress to support the payment process.
- Potential involvement in material purchasing and logistics (we’re building out this function).
- Visit job sites occasionally to verify quality and progress.
Ideal candidate profile:
- Experience in residential construction.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Clear and effective communication.
- Knowledge of Buildertrend or willingness to learn it.
- A degree is not required — what we value most is hands-on experience, common sense, and commitment.
