Business Systems Analyst

Role – Business Systems Analyst (With Golden Source/Reference Data/Enterprise Exp.)

Location – Dallas/ Southlake, TX – Onsite

BA Job Description:

• Support the end-to-end product development under Enterprise Data application
• sElicit business requirements from stakeholders; document business requirements; identify problems that need to be solved; understand stakeholder pain points, what keeps them up at night, and any roadblocks to growth
• .Write process flows, swim lane diagrams and solution context documents
• .Provide Product Requirements and influence Product Roadmaps, author features / master features
• .Work with systems analysts to define solutions
• .Represent Business to Development teams, Groom Product backlog, Prioritize Requirements, Create User stories with acceptance criteria, participate in daily scrum work and maximize Product value, participate in sprint / PI planning, give demo to stakeholders in stage environment, UAT
• .Work closely with Product Strategy, Operations, Quality Assurance and Development teams to ensure Customer problems are solved
• .Prioritize Defects and Track progress towards Release of Product
• .Escalating of problem to devise stakeholder business partners to ensure on-time resolution, manage priorities depending on the criticality of the requests and production failures
• .Prepare Requirement Traceability Matrix document and validate the requirement implementation throughout the SDLC phases
• .Conduct detail mapping of requirements with application functionalitie
• sUsing SQL to research Data Workflows to determine the source of Data anomalies and issues and outline end-to-end solutions for resolving the problem
• .Coordinate with technology and business teams, provide timely resolution to security data related anomalie
• sLiaison with several external data provider

Required Qualifications

• :Must have experience in Capital markets domain - focusing on enterprise data managemen
• tFamiliarity with various asset types in capital markets and experience working through valorous stages of security life cycl
• e3 years of experience in Agile software developmen
• t3 years of experience writing Features, User Stories, Requirements, Testing and Collaborating with Development/Engineering team
• sDemonstrated ability to achieve goals in a matrix environmen
• tDemonstrated ability to work collaboratively and influence other
