NOC Analyst

Role: Jr. Network Support Engineer

Location: Frisco, TX / Overland Park, KS – Onsite

Duration: Long Term

JD:

• involves monitoring, triaging, and managing incidents across the MCP stack including network, IT, and infrastructure, ensuring operational efficiency and prompt resolution of issues
• Schedule, coordinate and execute of break/fix and planned software upgrade maintenance activities across the full stack inclusive of pre/post check activities
• Uses monitoring tools to track network health, traffic, and performance metrics
• Detects and logs alarms for outages, latency, or degraded service.
• Operational support of MCP Platform and Infrastructure layers

Skills:

• T-Mobile observability platform (MVP implementation)
• Basic knowledge of ServiceNow – Used at T-Mobiles primary ticketing platform
• Associate’s degree minimum, bachelor’s Highly Preferred
• 3 Years of Experience Required
• Cloud Operations Networking knowledge preferred.
• 4G/5G proficiency preferred
• Experience with ServiceNow AI module, specifically utilizing it for automation
• Advantage Aware of T-Mobile Observability Tool
