- Proven expertise in IT Vendor Management and IT Governance processes.
- Strong proficiency with Linux scripting for automation and application support tasks.
- In-depth experience with Actimize CCD or similar Regulatory Reporting tools.
- Familiarity with information security, user management, and network environment administration.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to business stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a small team while ensuring adherence to deadlines and service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Strong organizational skills, with a proactive approach to managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
