- Ensure all ingredients are fresh and properly stored, maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene.
- Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, mixers, and knives with proficiency.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely meal preparation and delivery.
- Assist in menu planning and development of new pizza offerings.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including workstations and equipment.
- Participate in catering events as required, providing exceptional service to clients.
- Support the dietary department by adhering to specific dietary needs when preparing meals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in food service or culinary roles, particularly in pizza preparation or fine dining settings.
- Strong skills in food preparation techniques, including knife skills and meal presentation.
- Knowledge of dietary requirements and ability to cater to various dietary needs.
- Experience with menu planning is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining quality standards.
