Position: IT Sales Representative ( B2B Sales)

Role Overview
We are looking for experienced and self-driven Field Sales Representatives (FSRs) with a background in IT consulting and professional services sales. The ideal candidate brings a strong network in one or more of our target industries, excels at generating leads, and can independently manage the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.
This is a field-based role with 60% travel, covering accounts coast-to-coast across the United States.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned vertical(s)
Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, solution presentation, proposal, negotiation, and closure
Collaborate with delivery, pre-sales, and marketing teams to shape client proposals
Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs and senior decision-makers
Maintain CRM hygiene and accurate pipeline forecasts
Attend in-person meetings, client visits, industry events, and conferences across regions
Compliance: Open to learn and comply with SIDGS policies, processes, and best practices
Target Driven: Should be comfortable and confident to chase quarterly and annual targets
Required Qualifications
7 years of B2B sales experience in consulting/professional services
Strong client relationships and proven track record in at least one of the above verticals
Proven ability to close complex deals (including managed services, staff augmentation, or project-based engagements)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Comfortable with frequent travel (60% )
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and team player mindset
Should be able to take direction from leadership teams
