We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team, specializing in acquiring new logos within the Banking and Financial Services (BFSI) sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling software and IT services solutions, a deep understanding of industry trends, and an extensive network of decision-makers. This role is perfect for a strategic thinker with a passion for building lasting client relationships and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets within the BFSI sector.
- Identify and connect with key decision-makers to understand their business and technology needs, presenting tailored software and IT services solutions.
- Foster strong, long-term client relationships through regular communication, meetings, and outstanding service.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Pre-Sales, Engineering, Marketing, SDR, Implementation, and Customer Support, to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to uncover new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Create and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to potential clients.
- Lead negotiations and close sales agreements, ensuring win-win outcomes for both clients and the company.
- Provide regular sales reports and insights to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and areas for growth.
Qualifications:
- 10–15 years of sales experience, with a strong focus on software and IT services solutions for the BFSI sector.
- Demonstrated success in selling cloud and on-premises technology solutions to banks and financial institutions.
- In-depth understanding of hyperscalers and their offerings around cloud platforms, digital transformation, managed services, and AI-driven solutions.
- Extensive industry network with established relationships among key decision-makers.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to thrive independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
