A Snapshot of Your Day
In the Engineering DevelopmentProgram, you will experience a 12-month rotational program with threechallenging 4-month assignments in Siemens Energy. You will get direct exposureto multiple product lines in the power generation industry through rotations inat least two different locations (Orlando, FL, Charlotte & Winston Salem,NC, and Ft. Payne, AL.) These rotations will help assure a well-rounded view ofthe many career opportunities in Siemens Energy. Additionally, customizedtraining and projects will ensure you learn and experience some of the mosttechnologically advanced power generation equipment on the market.
During the program, in addition tolearning the technology and the company, you can develop life-long friendshipswith your fellow EDP colleagues while creating a network that can benefit youthroughout your career. After completion of the 12 month program, you will beplaced in one of the locations above where you can further grow yourengineering career. How You’ll Make an Impact
- Develop a deep understanding of the power industry and the typesof challenges our customers and the industry faces.
- Bring an open, inclusive, and excited mindset while you experience3 different rotations in engineering and manufacturing along different productlines during the development program.
- Attend events and networking meetings to allow you to form a largenetwork within our company and its subsidiaries.
- Upon program graduation, become a vital part of one of the SiemensEnergy engineering organization, working in design, analysis, and maintenanceof power generation equipment.
What You Bring
- Seeking proactive, driven, and caring individuals who want tobecome part of our engineering development program in Siemens Energy
- By December 2023, you will have a bachelor’s or master’s degreein: Mechanical, Aerospace, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, ManufacturingEngineering, or Computer Science.
- Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the UnitedStates without need for current or future employer-sponsored workauthorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may beeligible for internal transfers.
