We're looking for a dynamic Business Development Representative to help us grow our client base and develop strong relationships within the community.
Position Overview: As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving growth in the restoration and remodeling services industry. You will work closely with our marketing and sales teams to generate leads and expand our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through networking, cold-calling, and prospecting in the local market
- Build and maintain relationships with property managers, insurance agents, plumbers and other industry professionals
- Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients to present our services
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop outreach campaigns
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and community functions
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and report on progress to senior management
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field (restoration, construction or remodeling industry experience preferred but not required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Self-motivated with a desire to drive results
- Knowledge of the local market and industry connections is a plus
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
