Position Overview
As a Human Resources Specialist, you will play a key role in executing our Talent & Culture practices and policies tailored to specific client groups. Your responsibilities will encompass employee relations, recruitment, training, employee engagement, and benefits administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle, including job postings, interviews, and candidate selection. Ensure a seamless onboarding experience and maintain accurate administrative processes.
- Investigate employee relations and workers' compensation matters alongside management, providing well-documented recommendations.
- Administer engaging employee programs that enhance workplace culture.
- Conduct onboarding and exit interviews, compiling insightful reports to analyze trends and recommend training initiatives.
- Facilitate formal and informal training programs for employees and management, ensuring administrative tasks are completed promptly.
- Prepare regulatory reports (e.g., EEO-1, OSHA 300 / 301, workers' compensation) and guarantee timely and accurate administrative processes.
- Mentor and guide Talent & Culture Administrators and administrative support staff.
- Assist associates and vendors by providing clear and helpful information about Talent & Culture processes.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in the HR industry to implement best practices.
- Take on additional tasks as assigned.
