Compensation: $25/hour, Non-exempt, based on experience
Office Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

Your Role.
Signal is expanding—and so is the interest from potential franchise owners. We’re hiring a full-time Partner Engagement Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for individuals exploring franchise ownership. This position is instrumental in helping our team manage lead volume, ensure timely follow-up, and create a strong first impression of the Signal brand.
This is not a cold calling role. You’ll be connecting with individuals who have already expressed interest—responding to inbound inquiries and making warm outbound calls to keep the process moving forward. This role is rooted in customer service and communication and is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, staying organized, and supporting a larger mission.
What You’ll Do in This Role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for inbound leads—via phone, email, and form submissions
- Make warm outbound calls to recently generated leads to qualify interest and schedule next steps
- Answer questions and provide basic information about the Signal franchise opportunity
- Log interactions, update statuses, and track candidate progress
- Schedule discovery calls and assessments with senior members of the team
- Support basic follow-up communication, email sequences, and engagement workflows
- Flag strong leads and ensure smooth handoffs to the Franchise Development team
- Assist with weekly reporting and data hygiene efforts as needed

Qualifications/Knowledge:
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service, communications, or a related role
- Comfortable making phone calls and building rapport with potential candidates
- Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple leads and timelines
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office apps and CRM platforms (HubSpot experience a plus)
- Reliable, positive, and eager to contribute to a fast-paced team

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

The Office Environment:
As part of the company, you can expect to work in a standard office setting where there is a positive team atmosphere. Our office is a collaborative space where cross-department projects are frequent. Occasional overtime may be required as business needs dictate. You will have exposure to moderate noise levels and on occasion outside weather conditions (walking between buildings, networking events).
