Position:
The Service Technician is responsible for ensuring systems’ designed to protect life and property are operating properly by troubleshooting service issues and performing necessary repairs. Service Technicians resolve routine to complex Service issues under the direction of the Service Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Possess good judgment and decision-making skills in order to trouble shoot various problems.
- Time Management skills to adhere to the Schedule and meet subscriber expectations by keeping appointments.
- Capability to work unsupervised in the field, meeting time and task requirements that fulfill company objectives.
- Ability to review and assimilate technical information, then apply it in the field to actual situations.
Preferred Skills:
- Previous Burglar, Fire, Access Control and CCTV experience
- Extremely knowledgeable in troubleshooting and resolving Fire and Burglar Alarm Systems.
Qualifications:
- Valid California Driver’s License and a good driving record are required.
- Possess Alarm Agent Card from Bureau of Security and Investigative Services, and is responsible for maintaining this Certification.
- Possess a Life Safety Certificate, and is responsible for maintaining this Certification.
- Possess a NICET Certification.
- Fitness level required to climb ladders, maneuver within restricted sub-structure and attic spaces, and lift up to 70 pounds.

- Angels Camp, CA: Relocate before starting work (Required)
