Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Ticket Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Engage customers and provide ticket sales.
- Provide detailed information to customers regarding ticket sales, pricing and program opportunities
- Learn and utilize ticketing sofware to manage ticket sales and transactions
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to ticket purchases
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing.
- Present SIGNALS Museum membership opportunities to visitors and manage membership software.
Experience
- Experience with customer service
- Experience with cash and credit card payment processing
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively.
