What are the responsibilities and job description for the Account Manager position at Signarama Anderson?
The Account/Project Manager is primarily responsible for generating, cultivating, and/or maintaining customer accounts through active engagement, estimating & follow-up, and management of sign projects from start to finish.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Increase the sales volume for Signarama Anderson by meeting or exceeded prescribed sales goals
· Introduce Signarama to local businesses through face-to-face interactions and frequent attendance at networking events
· Build rapport with potential customers and maintain relationships with existing customers through active engagement (a minimum of every three months)
· Develop sign specifications; performing site surveys as necessary
· Prepare and deliver estimates in a timely fashion
· Collect deposits and payments in full for your Customers’ orders
· Manage the life cycle of each project from estimating through delivery/installation
DEFINITIONS
Non-Account Customers
Customers in the Signarama system that are not specifically assigned to the Account/Project Manager.
Direct Leads/Referrals
· Leads from Signarama marketing tools (website, SEO, call-ins, walk-ins, web searches, email blasts, etc.)
· Repeat business from non-account customers
· Referrals from non-account customers/contacts
Me2B Leads
· Leads generated by the Account/Project Manager through direct and personal interactions with potential customers (not currently in the Signarama customer database)
· Leads generated by the Account/Project Manager through direct and personal interactions with inactive existing customers (inactive = no active engagement in 12 months)
· Repeat business from assigned Me2B leads/customers
· Referrals from assigned Me2B leads/customers
PERFORMANCE TRACKING/REPORTING
· Corebridge shall be used to tracks Me2B Leads and activity.
· The Go/Get/Got Spreadsheet shall be used to track and report performance with regards to leads and projects in the Account/Project Manager’s pipeline.
· The Active Engagement List shall be used to track weekly activity in the Me2B process
· The Top-10 List shall be used to track high-value lead targets
Previous Sign Industry Experience is a plus!
