We’re looking for an organized, friendly, and professional Front Desk Coordinator to join our team!

Job Description: As a Front Desk Coordinator at Signarama, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and visitors. Your role as the "Director of First Impressions" will involve a mix of customer service, administrative tasks, and office support to ensure the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist clients, visitors, and vendors in a professional and welcoming manner.
  • Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to the appropriate department.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings for staff and clients.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Process orders, update customer records, and assist with quotes.
  • Maintain office supplies and keep the front desk area organized and tidy.
  • Assist with administrative duties, such as filing, data entry, and document management.
  • Work closely with the production team to ensure orders are processed efficiently.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree is a plus.
  • Prior experience in customer service or administrative roles, ideally in a retail or production environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Prior experience in a sign or print industry is a plus, but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
