What you should know about the Senior Client Associate - Officer position:

In this role, you will provide personalized banking services to financial institution customers.

In this role, your primary responsibilities will include :

  • Provide excellent client service, resolve issues and respond to a high volume of client account inquiries and requests
  • Process wire transfers, prepare and compile new client applications, and open new accounts
  • Reconcile general ledgers and ensure compliance with wire transfer requirements, as well as new account opening documentation
  • Coordinate and assist back office operations in resolving credit problems, delinquent payment issues and other related concerns
  • Promote and cross-sell products and services appropriate to client needs

To be successful, your background should match these qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of related banking experience in a similar role required
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
  • Experience in commercial banking strongly preferred
  • Broad knowledge of financial products, services and compliance, including KYC-AML
  • Strong interpersonal and client service skills with the ability to make independent decisions and manage time effectively
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Compensation: Flagstar Bank offers a base salary in this position with a range of $73,100 - $100,000, dependent on qualifications and experience. In addition, there may be an annual bonus plan that is paid based on merit and performance in the role.
