Signature Healthcare at Home is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to support our Bellingham and Burlington Home Health teams. This position will be responsible for the administrative support of day-to-day human resource operations, including payroll.
Hiring Full-Time Human Resources Business Partner
Location: 2-3 days in the Bellingham or Burlington office
Compensation: $33-$35
Type: Full Time 40
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities
- Assists employees and supervisors with interpretation of HR policies and procedures.
- Assists with new-employee paperwork, onboarding, and orientations.
- Maintains confidential personnel files and personnel actions.
- Performs reference checks and verifications of employment status.
- Resolve employee relations issues with professionalism and integrity.
- Conduct investigations and conflict resolution to maintain a positive workplace.
- Processes Payroll
- Assists with HR projects.
- Assists with benefits administration.
- Assists with LOA, workers compensation claims and OSHA logs.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of HR experience, preferably in healthcare.
- 2-year degree or equivalent years of HR experience
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
