Our Medical Records Nurses (LPN) ensure that our residents’ records are in accordance with facility policies and with state and federal regulations.

LPN Preferred but will consider CNA
Medical Records LPN UP TO $32.30/hr DOE
Medical Records CNA or non-nursing UP TO $22.25/hr DOE
This is a Full Time opportunity with 1 12 hr shift/week on the floor required
How you Will make a Difference:In this role, you will also have the opportunity to serve as the designated Compliance Liaison for the facility.
What you Need to make a Difference:- Active nursing license (LPN).
- Minimum of two years (2) experience in a health care facility required; Skilled nursing facility or other long-term care setting with Medical Records/Health Information Management experience is preferred.
