This individual will be responsible for overseeing daily clubhouse operations, enhancing member experiences, managing staff, and ensuring financial success. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with expertise in hospitality, facility management, and exceptional customer service.Key Responsibilities:Club Operations & Facility Management
- Oversee daily clubhouse operations, ensuring a high standard of service and facility maintenance.
- Manage vendor contracts, including maintenance, food and beverage, and event services.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and local regulations.
Member & Guest Experience
- Foster a welcoming and engaging environment for members and guests.
- Address member inquiries, feedback, and concerns professionally.
- Plan and oversee club events, programs, and activities to enhance the member experience.
Financial & Business Management
- Assist in developing and managing budgets, financial reports, and expense controls.
- Monitor revenue streams, cost controls, and financial performance to achieve club goals.
- Implement strategies to enhance membership retention and growth.
Leadership & Staff Development
- Hire, train, and supervise club staff to ensure excellence in service delivery.
- Promote a team-oriented culture focused on professionalism, efficiency, and hospitality.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching for staff growth.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in club management, hospitality, or related fields.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in event planning, food and beverage management, and facility oversight.
- Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and operational cost control.
- Proficiency in club management software is a plus.
