We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Supervisor to join our dynamic organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of five or more members, managing multiple workstreams to ensure smooth operations. Key responsibilities include overseeing all deliverables to maintain high standards of quality and timeliness, managing and tracking all action items, and reviewing project plans weekly to make necessary updates based on progress or shifts in priorities.
The Team Supervisor will be responsible for identifying and resolving issues and conflicts that arise with team performance. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with the Director to backfill any team absences, mitigating gaps in service. Frequent communication with the team is essential to ensure everyone has a clear understanding of work expectations.

At Significance, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package and is determined within a range. Our pay ranges are based on the local cost of labor benchmarks for each specific role, level, and geographic location.
We carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including but not limited to experience; job-related skill sets; relevant education or training; and other business and organizational needs. The salary range listed is for the level at which this job has been scoped. In the event that you are considered for a different level, a higher or lower pay range would apply. This position is also eligible for a comprehensive and generous benefits package.

Requirements
- Secret Clearance
- Hold a bachelor's degree (master's preferred) in accounting, economics, finance, business administration, public administration, and/or computer science
- Proven ability to lead and mentor multidisciplinary consulting teams of 5-10 professionals
- 8 yrs of project management experience, included but not limited to: program management, account cost/burn tracking, lead multiple workstreams with 2-3 years supporting the Navy or another federal agency
- 3-5 yrs experience performing financial statement audits for the Navy or other federal agencies
- Strong knowledge of OMB Circular A-123, internal controls
- Certified Defense Financial Manager (CDFM), Certified Government Financial Manager (CGFM)
- Experience developing Corrective Action Plans (CAPs) in response to IPA's Notice of Findings and Recommendations (NFRs)
