We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to lead our Home and Garden portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of driving profitable growth and developing effective marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Strategy Development: Own overall strategic responsibility for the product portfolio, ensuring profitability and growth of products in assigned categories.
• Customer Engagement: Work with Commercial teams to strengthen customer connections, sell the portfolio, define and execute the innovation agenda, and build long-term strategic partnerships with key brand owners.
• Pricing Strategy: Implement and review pricing strategy by relevance, region, customer type, and product positioning.
