We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our team. This is a Full-time position, Monday- Friday 8:30 to 5pm. In office to start, opportunity for hybrid after 6 months. The Sales Coordinator will provide sales support to the Vice President of Sales, Regional Sales Managers, and the Sales Team. Act as the main liaison between these parties and the Green Island Headquarters regarding field communications, projects, customer needs and sales goals.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Coordinate projects with VP Sales, Regional Sales Managers, Sales Account Executives.
- Maintain schedule and calendar for VP Sales, make travel arrangements as requested.
- Work in conjunction with Marketing team to plan and coordinate activities related to National Sales Meetings, industry trade shows and other events for the Sales Department.
- Attend all Sales Management meetings and take notes to be distributed to relevant parties.
- Train new hires to the Sales Team on documents, systems, and programs
- Ensure regional budgets are tracked and updated in company budget systems.
- Responsible for implementation of and communication with relevant parties regarding territory alignments.
- Manage relevant Account Executive information and keep documents updated in internal shared drive.
- Maintain bonus spreadsheet and review Quarterly and Year End bonus payouts for all Sales Staff
- Generate ad hoc reports as requested by Vice President of Sales, Regional Sales Managers, President and Human Resources Manager.
- Distribution of Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly Sales reports.
- Fulfill front desk reception duties as needed, during Company Events or hosted meetings
- A positive and solution driven mindset necessary
- Maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
- Available for occasional OT during events and meetings
Requirements:
· Associates Degree in Business Administration. Will consider equivalent, directly related experience in lieu of a degree.
· 3 Previous experience supporting Executives preferred.
· Must be able to multi-task and prioritize in a fast paced and ever changing environment.
· Excellent computer skills, specifically Word, Excel, Power Point. Knowledge of Cognos and WBR are a plus.
· Must have valid Driver’s License
· Must be willing and able to travel Domestically as well as Internationally upon request.
Physical Demands: Will be required to sit for extended periods of time. Must be able to lift and carry at least 25 pounds, push, pull, sit, stand, bend and twist as necessary
