Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Manager with a blend of technical expertise and strong relationship management skills. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing an existing customer base while actively identifying new business opportunities. The position requires frequent travel (approximately 50%) within a designated U.S. regional territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities to expand market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring satisfaction and maximizing product utilization.
- Manage the entire sales cyclefrom initial inquiry to final delivery and installation.
- Analyze customer needs and recommend tailored solutions from the companys product portfolio.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and technical recommendations.
- Develop and execute sales plans, forecasts, and performance reports.
- Represent the company at industry trade shows and networking events.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing preferred, professional work experience in a related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail.
