Summary
We are seeking an Assistant to join our compassionate team at Silver Care LLC. In this role, you will provide essential support in delivering high-quality care to seniors and individuals with disabilities, ensuring their comfort and well-being. This position is vital to our mission of enhancing the quality of life for those we serve.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment.
- Monitor clients' health status by taking vital signs and reporting any changes to the nursing staff.
- Support clients in memory care activities and engage them in meaningful conversations.
- Help maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients.
- Collaborate with other caregivers to ensure continuity of care and effective communication.
Requirements
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or seniors preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate nature.
- Basic knowledge of caregiving practices, including CPR certification is a plus.
- Ability to assist clients with mobility and physical tasks as needed.
- Willingness to learn about memory care techniques and best practices.

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
