As a Maintenance Person, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the proper functioning and upkeep of our campground. This is a vital role in our organization, as you will play a key part in maintaining the safety and efficiency of our operations. This is a seasonal position.
Responsibilities:
- Ability to use lawn tractor, leaf blower, weed whacker, operate golf cart/Gator. Proficient in facilities maintenance practices.
- Maintenance duties including emptying trash receptacles throughout the campground, cleaning sites to prepare for next guest, sweeping, vacuum pool, ability to finish maintenance requests in a timely manner.
- Ensure guests are welcomed into campground with enthusiasm.
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment and systems to identify any issues or malfunctions.
- Perform repairs and maintenance tasks, general building repairs. Knowledge in plumbing, electric, and mechanics is a plus.
- Troubleshoot equipment problems and implement effective solutions.
- Ability to take direction and work independently. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.
- Ability to work both day shifts and evening shifts, and weekends.
Job Types: Part-time, Seasonal
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
