Position:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team and help keep our operations running smoothly.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to management and field teams.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries professionally.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and job site visits.
  • Prepare and manage documents, invoices, and project files.
  • Assist with payroll, billing, and basic bookkeeping tasks.
  • Maintain office organization, inventory, and supplies.
  • Coordinate communication between clients, vendors, and team members.
  • Assist in creating proposals, contracts, and project estimates.
  • Support HR tasks, including onboarding and employee record-keeping.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role (experience in construction, manufacturing, or landscaping is a plus).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office management software.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with bookkeeping software (e.g., QuickBooks) is a plus.

Pay: $39,970.39 - $48,136.38 per year
