Summary: Dealing Table Games offered by the Silver Reef Casino. Excellent customer service skills. Professional demeanor toward guest and team members at all times. This is a part time position.
Qualifications:
- Training and experience in casino games, rules, and procedures sufficient to pass a live audition.
- Outgoing and friendly personality.
- Through knowledge of Craps and/or Roulette and/or Black Jack.
- Knowledge of CTR requirements.
Licensing Requirements:
- Class III Gaming License
Essential Job Functions:
- Gives superior customer service at all times.
- Conducts the game according to department procedures.
- Handles customer transactions for buy-ins and payoffs.
- Controls game pace.
- Delivers proper payoffs.
- Protects game.
- Notifies Casino Supervisor of any irregularities noted in customer play and of other transactions during shift.
- Professional and courteous demeanor towards guests and team members at all times.
- Performs other Duties as Requested.
Physical/Mental Requirements:
- Constantly grasping, using finger dexterity and wrist motion; standing; using eye/hand coordination; speaking, writing, hearing and seeing.
- Frequently walking, reaching, bending, and stooping.
- Position regularly requires standing for periods up to 2 hour, repeated throughout the entire shift
Working conditions:
- Work is performed inside in a climate-controlled environment.
- Work with others and independently.
- Moderate noise and smoke levels; some odors.
