Job Responsibilities
As a Dispute Resolution Specialist, your duties will include:
- Performing security patrols of external and internal areas of locations
- Monitoring surveillance and security alarm systems
- Providing assistance to business owners in emergency situations
- Keeping detailed logs and records of incidents at assigned locations
Requirements
To be successful as a Dispute Resolution Specialist, you must have:
- Military or law enforcement background preferred
- Valid PERC card and FOID Card
- 20-hour unarmed and 20 hour armed security training
- Original Firearm Training Certificate issued by IDFPR
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current driver's license and dependable transportation
