Job Summary
We are seeking a Paid Search and Social Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing paid social media efforts across Meta, Reddit, and LinkedIn.
Main Responsibilities:
- Analyze campaign performance data, providing insights and implementing optimizations to improve efficiency and ROI
- Monitor budgets, track spending, and assist with monthly billing and reconciliation
- Prepare and present performance reports with clear data-driven recommendations for internal teams and clients
- Take ownership of accounts while working with the rest of the team to drive performance and results for our clients
Requirements:
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and high comfort level in PowerPoint, Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and Supermetrics
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with experience in client-facing roles
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple, competing projects in a fast-paced environment
- Must work Eastern Time Zone hours and be open to occasional travel for client meetings
- Bachelor's degree required
