STLLP's N. Bethesda office, located near the red line metro, seeks an efficient and enthusiastic Administrative and Bookkeeping Assistant to join our team!
Attention to detail and basic math skills is a must. The ideal candidate must be polite, enthusiastic, trustworthy, organized, possess excellent time management, is extremely detail oriented, can work independently, and can demonstrate the ability to multitask. In addition, the ideal candidate must be punctual, work well under pressure, and be able to meet tight deadlines. Intermediate computer proficiency (Microsoft Office suite) and previous bookkeeping/accounting experience preferred. At least a year of experience working in an office environment is preferred. Must have a GED or high school diploma; associate degree preferred. Starting salary $45,000 annually. Great opportunity for advancement!
Responsibilities include:
- Run daily accounting reports
- Input company transactions
- Assist with client billing
- Generate monthly invoices
- Perform various other bookkeeping/accounting functions, such as accounts payable and/or accounts receivable
- Perform various administrative tasks, as needed
