Job Title: Regional Sales Manager
Duration: Full time with benefits
Salary Range: $90k to $120k Per Year
The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing, developing, driving, and achieving Company’s sales within the industrial sector, specifically on the US West Coast. This role requires a balanced approach, with approximately 70% of time dedicated to commercial tasks (sales and business development) and 30% to technical responsibilities (technical design, training, and customer support). The position works collaboratively with the management team to align with Company’s business strategies, including annual, short-term, and long-term goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets and business development objectives by managing distribution channels and end-user relationships.
- Provide comprehensive distributor support, including conducting sales and training meetings, developing annual business plans, and delivering technical training.
- Collaborate with management to develop and execute the annual sales plan and budget while coordinating with technical sales support and customer service/order entry teams.
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to provide insights on product positioning and sales strategy.
- Expand the A&E market and contractor base by fostering relationships with major A&E firms
- Identify new market opportunities and present compelling business cases for expansion.
- Work closely with marketing to develop impactful advertising, direct marketing campaigns, and tradeshows that generate high-quality leads.
- Represent Company at key industry events and tradeshows to identify and pursue business opportunities.
- Collaborate with product managers and senior leadership to assess market needs and develop actionable strategies.
- Work with the GM/President and Controller to establish and maintain adequate budgetary controls for sales initiatives.
- Develop reliable annual and rolling sales forecasts to support demand planning.
- Utilize the Cloud for Customer CRM platform to manage accounts, leads, create quotes, and initiate targeted sales campaigns.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of five years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the ventilation or HVAC industry.
- Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven ability to develop and execute tactical sales plans, with a track record of sales success.
- Strong sales management and marketing experience, with expertise in resource optimization and stakeholder influence.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a solution-driven approach, capable of quickly learning and driving business growth.
- Hands-on, self-assured, and customer-centric professional with a strong ability to build and maintain long-term industry relationships.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with exceptional presentation abilities.
