The ideal candidate serves as a senior-level technical resource responsible for maintaining computer system continuity, providing advanced technical support, and ensuring optimal performance of computing assets. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with customer service excellence to support our customer's technology needs.

Job Description:
The ideal candidate serves as a senior-level technical resource responsible for maintaining computer system continuity, providing advanced technical support, and ensuring optimal performance of computing assets. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with customer service excellence to support our customer's technology needs.
The candidate performs the following specific assignments:
- Provide advanced technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical problems
- Manage new hire system setups and equipment deployment
- Monitor and maintain IT inventory and asset management systems
- Handle escalated support tickets and complex technical issues
- Document technical solutions and maintain knowledge base
- Implement preventive maintenance procedures
- Support infrastructure projects and system upgrades
- Provide after-hours support as needed
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 3-5 years of progressive IT support experience
- Proven track record of resolving complex technical issues
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Experience with help desk ticketing systems
- Hardware repair and maintenance expertise
- Experience with Oracle Cloud configuration and setup
- Ability to travel to DoD sites as needed
- Experience with DoD documentation requirements
- Knowledge of federal acquisition regulations
- Understanding of cybersecurity requirements
- Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance
