About the Role
I’m Bashir Chedrawee, a scientist-turned-entrepreneur, and I need a sharp, adaptable right hand to help me as I work with our teams to grow Simone’s Kitchen and other ventures. You will be taught everything you need to know to succeed.
This is not a traditional desk job. One day, you’ll be managing emails and projects; the next, you’ll be joining me with meeting vendors, helping oversee operations, and problem-solving in the field. You’ll handle both professional and personal tasks—helping me stay organized and on top of priorities.
I’m looking for someone who’s highly organized, resourceful, and ready to take ownership. You should be just as comfortable helping troubleshoot an issue in-store as you are handling emails and contributing ideas in a strategy meeting.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Assisting in business any/all business functions
- Managing emails, scheduling, and correspondence
- Proofreading, editing, and handling light design tasks (Canva, branding updates)
- Keeping things organized and projects on-time
- Communicating with restaurant operations team
- Representing me in functions I cannot attend
- Assisting with restaurant operations
- Assisting with personal tasks and obligations as necessary
What I’m Looking For:
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills
- Strong, clear communicator—both written and verbal
- Tech-savvy; comfortable with Google Drive, Trello, Canva, and new tools
- Proactive and able to work independently
- High level of integrity, discretion, and ownership
- Positive, people-oriented, and adaptable
