**Responsibilities: **
The Inside Sales Representative plays a fundamental role in achieving our customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. This role will focus primarily on customer acquisition and involves:
- Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls and/or sending e-mails to potential clients.
- Maintain a solid understanding of current services (or products) and solutions.
- Understand client needs and offer solutions and support.
- Research potential leads from business directories, web searches, or other resources.
- Develop new sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential clients, performing inbound lead follow-up, and outbound cold calls and e-mails.
- Create and maintain a list/database of prospect clients.
- Present and deliver information to potential clients.
- Answer potential client questions and follow-up call questions.
- Track daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics.
- Maintain data base (Salesforce, CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information.
Qualifications :
- Comfortable making cold calls and talking to new people all day.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers.
- Persuasive and goal-oriented.
- Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor.
- Eager to expand the company with new sales, clients, and territories.
- Self-motivated and self-directed.
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- High school degree or equivalent.
- Tenacity to handle rejection and continue with a positive attitude when reaching the next potential client.
- Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and CRM/Salesforce experience preferred.
