Job Description
As the Senior Sales Training Manager, your role is to lead the evolution of our sales team, ensuring they have the skills, tools, and confidence to deliver exceptional results. You'll oversee training for a growing team of inside and outside sales agents and manage a direct team of 3-5, including Training Facilitators and QA Analysts. You'll develop and implement innovative training programs designed to shift the team's focus to a sales-first mindset, while also helping kickstart a critical new outside sales function. Though the role is hybrid, it will require on-site presence to ensure the success of in-person training initiatives as well as limited travel to other site locations.
What You'll Do
- Execute Sales Transformation Strategy : Design and execute a strategic sales development and training plan that aligns with the company's goals and drives a shift toward a sales-oriented culture for a team of 100 inside and outside sales agents.
- Develop Training Roadmap for Field Sales : Support the growing field sales force by developing and implementing training roadmap, enabling agents to build sales competency, approach homes with confidence, and convert high-value customers
- Lead Training Programs : Create, lead, and deliver engaging sales training sessions that sharpen selling skills, enhance product knowledge and cultivate a strong sales mindset across inbound outbound, and field sales agents in hybrid and remote settings.
- Sales Coaching : Develop continuous one-on-one and group coaching to ensure each team member is reaching their full potential, driving improved performance, and embracing a sales-first mentality.
- Coach the Coaches Program : Establish and lead a structured 'coach the coaches' initiative, helping sales supervisors and managers become more effective leaders and developers of their teams.
- Hire and Mentor : Manage a direct team of 3-5, including Training Facilitators and QA Analysts, and provide mentorship and leadership as they help execute the overall training strategy.
- On-Site Leadership : While the role offers flexibility in a hybrid environment, expect frequent on-site time to lead and support the training of hybrid and remote agents, ensuring high engagement and effective learning.
- Adapt and Evolve : Continuously assess the effectiveness of training programs and adjust strategies as needed to ensure maximum impact in a rapidly changing market.
