Simply Smart Industrial is expanding, and we are seeking a motivated and dynamic Inside Sales Team Member to join us. You will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing relationships with our most valuable asset: our clients. As the face of our company through daily interactions, you will set the tone for our customer experience. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Client Relationship Management: Manage existing client Requests for Quotation (RFQs) and establish credible relationships with new customers while maintaining ongoing relationships with existing clients. 
• Sales Administration: Attend sales group meetings, capture accurate information in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, and handle order execution from acceptance to completion. 
• Order and Delivery Coordination: Work closely with transportation to ensure timely delivery of materials. 
• Market Communication: Keep customers informed about current market trends and capture valuable feedback. 
• Value Proposition Communication: Clearly articulate our value proposition to clients. 
• Prospective Client Engagement: Manage a database of potential customers and regularly contact them for new business opportunities. 
• Outbound Sales: Make outbound sales calls to prospect new customers as directed by management. 
• CRM Utilization: Use CRM software to track and manage important customer interactions. 

Required Skills and Qualifications 

• Learning Enthusiasm: A strong desire to understand and learn how we conduct business. 
• Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with CRM software and MS Excel. 
• Sales Administration Expertise: In-depth understanding of sales administration processes. 
• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal and team management skills. 
• Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical, organizational, and numerical skills. 
• Problem-Solving Attitude: Ability to fluidly solve problems through critical thinking. 
• Attention to Detail: Acute attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively. 

Job Details 

• Job Type: Full-time 
• Salary: $60,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
