Proven experience managing rehabilitation programs within skilled nursing facilities

Program Management : Oversee the rehabilitation program for the facility, ensuring high-quality care and compliance with regulations
Staffing Oversight : Manage staffing levels and patient care metrics to align with clinical and operational needs
Policy Implementation : Drive the ongoing rollout of new policies and procedures to departmental staff, ensuring understanding and adherence
Performance Improvement : Actively engage in the facility's performance improvement initiatives, contributing to overall quality enhancement
Marketing Participation : Collaborate in facility marketing activities to promote rehab services and achievements
Effective Communication : Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills, responding promptly to inquiries and issues
