We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to join our organization as the Vice President of Accounting, Corporate Controller. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), this role will oversee all aspects of the company's accounting, tax, and financial reporting functions. The ideal candidate will provide strategic direction, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and drive best practices in financial processes and controls to support the company's continued growth and success.
Key Objectives :
- Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of all financial reporting and accounting processes.
- Enhance the company's internal control environment to safeguard assets and ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, tax regulations, and company policies.
- Develop and implement accounting strategies and policies aligned with the company's long-term business objectives and risk profile.
- Oversee financial system upgrades or implementations to improve operational efficiency.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights that support strategic decision-making.
- Achieve budgeted goals for the department, aligning with the Company's 1- and 3-year plan.
- In coordination with the CFO, establish financial and operating benchmarks, budgets, and reporting standards.
Roles and Responsibilities
Oversee the preparation and consolidation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing accounting team, fostering a culture of accountability and professional growth, embracing our EOS culture. Oversee and support Divisional Controllers with dynamic leadership that creates an environment of trust and productivity.
Collaborate with the CFO, FP&A and the extended leadership team to drive financial planning and analysis initiatives, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy.
Prepare annual budget for the department, manage resource allocations, and compensation benchmarks across the department.
