We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist/Legal Assistant to join our Towson office. As a Receptionist/Legal Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring a positive first impression for our clients both in person and on the phone.
Responsibilities include:
- Greeting clients and other visitors
- Answering phones
- Maintaining and organizing legal files and documents
- Managing and scheduling appointments and meetings
- Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Performing data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in preparing documents
- Knowledge of Word and Excel
