We are looking for a motivated Junior Account Executive to join our dynamic and growing team. This is an entry-level hybrid position, offering the opportunity to build a career in sales and account management within the biotech industry. You will work closely with a supportive team, leveraging collaboration and communication to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional client service. Responsibilities :
- Identify and engage potential clients, leveraging scientific expertise to understand their needs and recommend suitable products and services.
- Present reagents and contract research services effectively, collaborate with internal teams for seamless order fulfillment, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Achieve and surpass sales targets while staying updated on industry trends and competitors to adapt sales strategies.
- Travel within the Seattle, WA area to visit clients, ensuring strong customer relationships and personalized service.
- Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as required to support team objectives and business needs, including but not limited to assisting with cross-functional projects and ad hoc assignments.
