Job Title : Desktop Support

  • Location : Boise, ID (Onsite)
  • Mode of Hire : Contract

Job Description

  • Network Operations : Manage global network operations, ensuring high availability and reliability
  • Install, configure, and support network equipment including routers and switches
  • Maximize network performance through ongoing monitoring and troubleshootin
  • Investigate and resolve network faults promptly to minimize downtime
  • Update network equipment to the latest firmware and IOS releases, Technical Expertise
  • Working knowledge of networking technologies including Layer-2 and Layer-3 protocols
  • Broad knowledge and experience in switching and routing protocols
  • Expertise in network operations and troubleshooting methodologies
  • Advanced understanding of datacenter technologies Wifi
  • ExperienceCollaboration and Communicatio, Work collaboratively with individuals locally and globally across multiple disciplines
  • Interface with internal teams, customers, and partners to provide resolution information and complete impact analysis where appropriate
  • Report network project status to key stakeholders regularly
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Best Practices and Compliance : Suggest, promote, and leverage published standards to minimize environment complexity
  • Ensure regulatory and license compliance
  • Create and define network operation best practices, documentation, and build MOPs (Methods of Procedure) and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
