In this position, you will develop, train, and provide support to our distributors. You will conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers, work off leads provided by the company to maximize sales opportunities, and collaborate with senior sales team members to develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets. Additionally, you will travel to various locations to work with distributors and help them maximize sales opportunities, and coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceptional customer experiences.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you must have the ability to communicate persuasively, both orally and in writing, with other managers, staff, and the public. You should be mature, creative, highly motivated, resistant to stress, flexible, decisive, tactful, respectful, and use good judgment. You must also have the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with supervisors, professional staff members, consultants, agencies, and distributors. A minimum of 2 years of sales experience and an Associates or Bachelors degree in Business are required. Direct sales experience is a plus.
