Preschool Director
We are seeking a Preschool Director who can provide administrative and management experience. The Preschool Director will support the organization and oversees the management of the early childhood center. The Director will assist in the areas of marketing, technology, finance, curriculum, and operations to manage and coordinate the operation and administration of the preschool center.

Key Responsibilities
Develop a deep understanding of the mission and vision of the school and ensure that it drives all aspects of the school
- Propose and implement ideas for continuous improvement across all aspects of the school
· Responsible for the wellbeing and operational success of the school
· Supervises the day-to-day implementation of the programs
- Develops and maintains a quality center
· Establishes and sustains a motivated and enthusiastic staff
- Creates and maintains positive relationships with children, families and staff
- Develops an atmosphere of support for the school within the community
- Willingness to learn
Requirements:
- Directors Credential (VPK endorsed) and Staff credential certifications
- An AA/BA degree in Early Childhood Education, General Education, or Psychology is strongly preferred
- Administrative and sales/customer service experience is a plus
- Ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written
- 45 DCF hours
- Completed- 15 of hours of Emergent Literacy Training
- Completed -Implementing Florida Standards In Preschool Classrooms 3yrs -Kindergarten Training
- Excellent organizational skills such as planning, prioritizing, organizing workload, handling multiple deadlines
- Detail-oriented and works with a high degree of accuracy
- Must be able to pass background screening requirements
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, nurturing attitude
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Certification in child CPR/First Aid
