Quality Control Engineer / Inspector
Shift : All Shifts
Pay : $20-$32 / hr. (Based on Experience)
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Control Engineer / Inspector to lead our quality department and ensure that high-quality parts are being manufactured in accordance with blueprints and specifications. In this role, you will uphold and improve our quality procedures and processes while ensuring continuous compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform quality inspections on parts throughout the manufacturing process, including incoming, first article, and final inspections.
- Inspect production lines for quality adherence and cleanliness.
- Perform quality data entry and manage documentation.
- Operate quality control equipment, including gages, micrometers, and other measuring tools.
- Complete and maintain Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) reports.
- Calibrate gages to ensure accurate measurements.
- Read and interpret blueprints, marking up any necessary corrections.
- Ensure adherence to established quality procedures and suggest improvements where necessary.
