We are seeking an experienced Tier-1 IT Support Technician who is looking to grow in their career. Ideal candidate will have a strong background in Apple Product support, Jamf MDM, and Google Workspace. The candidate should have experience troubleshooting and maintaining Apple hardware and SaaS applications in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Provide Tier 1/Tier2 technical support for Mac users, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Monitor IT service tickets, ensuring timely resolution and excellent customer service.
- Deploy, configure, and manage Mac devices using Jamf Pro and Apple Business Manager.
- Deploy and manage Windows devices using NinjaRMM.
- Administer and troubleshoot Google Workspace services, including Gmail, Drive, Calendar, and security policies.
- Support end-users with software installations, updates, and troubleshooting, including applications such as Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and Zoom.
- Assist in managing user accounts, permissions, and access controls through Jamf and Google Workspace.
- Provide technical assistance for printers, peripherals, and mobile device management.
- Document IT support procedures, FAQs, and knowledge base articles to improve self-service support.
- Collaborate with other IT team members on larger projects, including hardware refreshes, security implementations, and process automation.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- 2 years of experience in IT support, with a focus on macOS environments.
- Ability to independently solve issues across multiple Operating Systems.
- Proficiency in Jamf Pro for managing Mac devices (deployment, configuration, and security enforcement).
- Experience administering Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Groups, etc.).
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Familiarity with Apple Business Manager, MDM solutions, and enterprise security practices.
- Knowledge of basic networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi troubleshooting).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
- Experience with ticketing systems (Jira) is a plus.
- Certifications such as Jamf Certified Associate/Tech, ACSP (Apple Certified Support Professional), or Comptia Certifications are preferred but not required.

Salary : $66,000 - $75,000
