Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated, nurturing, engaging Assistant Teacher or DEEC Certified Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with children. The Assistant Teacher /Teacher will help facilitate learning through play, support the development of social skills, and ensure the safety and well-being of all students.
Responsibilities
- Assist the lead teacher in implementing daily lesson plans and activities that promote childhood development.
- Support children in their learning experiences, encouraging curiosity and exploration.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment.
- Supervise children during indoor and outdoor activities, ensuring their safety at all times.
- Previous experience working in a classroom setting, particularly within a preschool, is preferred but not required.
- A passion for nurturing children's growth and development through creative teaching methods.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
