- Create and update Nursing Dept Schedule in Qgenda, including but not limited to addressing daily change needs and facilitating the review and submittal of timesheets according to department policy
- Review time off requests and paperwork, submit to MAS for final approvals.
- Collect, organize, and archive department paperwork as directed.
- Assist evaluation review process as directed, including but not limited to the collection of data related to performance, time off, peer/colleague feedback, project updates, training, testing, supplemental education undertaken, and scheduling evaluation with supervisors.
- Facilitate and manage MA/CSA access to partner healthcare systems and services as needed.
- Schedule, organize, and archive CPR and other certifications needed for Nursing department as determined by role.
- Manage department equipment list (such as laptops)
- Comply with SSCHC TB Control Plan including PPD testing.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Satisfactory completion of In-House Training for related responsibilities.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Good communication and computer skills, including use of Microsoft Office products.
- High school Diploma or GED
- Ability to relate well to people from diverse ethnic and cultural backgrounds.
- Bilingual preferred but not required.
