Mental Health Therapist - Licensed Psychologist, Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Marriage Family Therapist
Base Salary : $105,000.00 - $115,000.00
Monthly Productivity Bonus : $2,000 - $4,000 per month
Sign On Bonus : $5,000
CME Reimbursement : $1,500

Siyan Clinical Corporation is one of the largest psychiatric outpatient practices in North Bay (North of San Francisco)Caseload : 6-7 patients seen per dayAdult PopulationKareo EHRClinic Hours : 8 : 30 AM to 5 : 00 PM (Monday to Friday)In Office WorkEstimated Start Date : October 2024Qualifications :
Psy.D or Ph.D : In good standing in the State of California with a minimum of two years' experienceLCSW : Master's degree in social work or related field from an accredited university, LCSW in good standing in the State of California with a minimum of two years of clinical experienceLMFT : In good standing in the State of California with a minimum of two years post-licensureBilingual capacity with the ability to provide services in English and Spanish is a plusStrong organization and administrative skills, including computer skills (Microsoft Office software)Responsibilities :
Provide Individual Psychotherapy using evidence-based practiceResponds promptly to referrals from providers including referrals via warm hand-offsParticipates in treatment planning to assess needs and coordinate servicesMaintains weekly scheduled appointments and record keeping in our electronic health record (EHR), Practice FusionProvides psychosocial interventions to patients and their familiesUtilizes crisis intervention when necessaryWorks in collaboration with multidisciplinary team members including external partnersCompletes required documentation and paperwork including biopsychosocial assessments, treatment planning and implementation promptlyDemonstrates cultural competency and unconditional positive regard for patientsDemonstrates commitment to the philosophy of the agencyMaintains a weekly need-dependent caseload as assigned by the Project DirectorConduct intake / bio-psycho-social assessments to determine level of care and drive treatment plansCreate and implement individual treatment plans specific to identified needsFacilitate psychotherapy groups and individual psychotherapy sessionsManage a caseloadEngage in crisis intervention and risk assessments with the ability to triage as indicatedParticipate in weekly interdisciplinary treatment team meetingsCoordinate care with other community providersInvolve family members and significant others in treatment as indicatedOperate under the guidance and direction of the Clinical Program SupervisorOther duties as assignedUnder the direction of the Project Director, and as a part of a multidisciplinary team, the mental health therapist (PsyD / LCSW / LMFT) will provide direct services to individual (adults), couple, family and group therapeutic services including assessments, treatment plans and discharge planning for adolescent and adult populations.
